The petitioners have prayed that a direction be issued to the Deputy Commissioner, Zind to get a demarcation of the land in dispute conducted. The petitioners have also filed representations (Annexures P-2 and P-3 ) before the Deputy Commissioner, Zind.
Notice of motion to the respondents.
On the asking of the Court, Mr. R.S. Kundu, Additional Advocate General, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioners, we dispose of this writ petition with a direction to respondent No. 1 to decide the representations (Annexures P-2 and P-3) filed by the petitioners, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order, in accordance with law.
