Notice of motion was issued in this case on 25.05.2006 for 24.08.2006. Service on the respondents could not be effected since process fee was not deposited on behalf of the petitioner. Accordingly, when the matter came up for consideration on 24.08.2006, a further adjournment was granted to the petitioner so as to enable him to deposit process fee. Process fee has still not been filed. It is, therefore, apparent that the petitioner may not be interested to pursue this case any further.

Dismissed for non prosecution.
