The petitioner earlier approached this Court by filing Civil Writ Petition No. 1428 of 2006, wherein the prayers made by the petitioner were identical to the one raised in the instant writ petition. The aforesaid writ petition was disposed of with the following order:- "Present : Mr.D.D. Sharma, Advocate, for the petitioners.
Notice of motion.
Mr. Ashok Aggarwal, Addl. Advocate General, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the State and has filed a short reply on behalf of respondents No.1 to 3.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that in view of the averments contained in para 6 of the reply the petition be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to claim the amount from the concerned quarters.

In view of the above, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn."
It is not permissible for the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition on the same cause of action, which was disposed of earlier with the order extracted above.
