This is a petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
The petitioners allegedly got married against the wishes of respondent no.4 and therefore, apprehend danger. Marriage is inter- caste.
Learned counsel appearing for the respondents / State states that no complaint has been received from the petitioners to reflect that they apprehend any danger.
In case any complaint is made, appropriate steps would be taken to ensure the protection of petitioners.
In view of the statement given by the State counsel, this petition is disposed of.
