The petitioner made a prayer in the instant petition that impugned order dated 13.11.2006 (Annexure P3) be quashed vide which the petitioner has been transferred from the office of D.T.P. Panipat to the office of Hon'ble Chairman, Tribunal, Haryana, Chandigarh, with further prayer to direct the respondents not to transfer him in the Tribunal.
Before approaching this Court, the petitioner has not made any representation to the respondent No.2 bringing to their notice the issues raised in the instant petition. Therefore, we deem it just and appropriate to relegate the petitioner to the remedy of filing a comprehensive representation before the respondent No.2 by bringing to his notice all the grounds taken in this petition. Let a representation be made under a Registered A.D. Cover within a period of two weeks and if that be done, then respondent No.2 shall C.W.P.No.19365 of 2006 2
pass a speaking order on the representation made by the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the representation.
The writ petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
