Murti Devi v. State of Haryana - CRWP-956-2006 RD-P&H 11721 (1 December 2006)
Crl.W.P.No.956 of 2006
DATE OF DECISION: DECEMBER 5, 2006
State of Haryana
CORAM: HON'BLE MR.JUSTICE SATISH KUMAR MITTAL
Present: Mr. Partap Singh, Sr.DAG, Haryana.
Petitioner Murti Devi sent a telegram to this Court alleging therein that her son Brahm Parkash has been whisked away by the police on 16.10.2006 at 8.30 p.m.
Counsel for the respondent-State pointed out that in the telegram neither any address of the petitioner nor the place/district has been mentioned. It has also not been mentioned as to police of which Police Station has whisked away the son of the petitioner. In these circumstances, counsel contends that no reply has been filed.
I have perused the telegram. I am also of the opinion that in absence of complete particulars in the telegram, no further action can be taken in the matter.
