Vide order dated May 1, 2006, the main writ petition filed by the petitioners was disposed of with liberty to them to file a detailed representation before the Estate Officer, Haryana Urban Development Authority, Bhiwani to re-consider their claim.

For the aforesaid purpose, the petitioners were granted liberty to file a detailed representation within four weeks from the date of the order.

The present application has been filed by the petitioners with the averments that copy of the order dated May 1, 2006 was applied by the petitioners on the same date but was supplied to them on July 13, 2006 (having been prepared on July 6, 2006). In these circumstances, the petitioners could not file the requisite representation. Subsequently, vide order dated September 19, 2006, the representation filed by the petitioners C.W.P. No. 6090 of 2003

had been rejected by the Estate Officer, HUDA, Bhiwani by holding that the said representation was filed by the petitioners after the expiry of the period granted by this Court.

It is in these circumstances, the petitioners have approached this Court for granting them a liberty to file a representation within four weeks from the date a certified copy of the order was supplied to them.

After hearing learned counsel for the applicants and taking into consideration the averments made in the present application, we dispose of the present application and direct the Estate Officer, Haryana Urban Development Authority, Bhiwani that if any representation is now filed by the petitioners within a period of two months from the date a certified copy of the present order has been received, then the said representation shall be decided by the Estate Officer, Haryana Urban Development Authority Bhiwani by passing a detailed and speaking order within four months of the filing of the said representation.

The present application is disposed of accordingly.

A copy of the order be given dasti on payment of usual charges.
