CORAM:- HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE SATISH KUMAR MITTAL
Present:- Shri K.S. Sidhu, Advocate

Shri N.S. Gill, AAG, Punjab.
Petitioner Sahib Singh apprehending his arrest in a non- bailable offence in case FIR No. 286 dated 7.10.2006 under Sections 307,323,324,148 and 149 IPC, registered at Police Station Ferozepur, District Ferozepur, has filed this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for anticipatory bail.
I have heard counsel for the parties and gone through the contents of the FIR.
After hearing counsel for the parties, interim anticipatory bail was granted bail vide order dated 3.11.2006.
Counsel for the petitioner contends that in this case in a cross case, the petitioner has been attributed simple injuries on the right arm of Baj Singh. Counsel for the petitioner further contends that in terms of the aforesaid order, the petitioner has joined the investigation. Counsel for the respondent-State on instructions from Head Constable Sudesh Pal does not dispute this fact.
In view of the above, the interim bail, granted vide order dated 3.11.2006 is made absolute subject to the same terms and conditions.
Disposed of accordingly.
