This is a petition under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for bail in a case lodged under Sections 306, 498 A, 34 IPC.

It is pleaded that the petitioner is a lady and is an aged person of 75 years. She is in custody since 28.3.2006. Co-accused are on bail.

The facts as pleaded are not disputed by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent / State.

Petition is allowed.

Bail to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate / Duty Magistrate, Mansa.
