I do not find any good ground to interfere.
CRL.M.No.77380-M of 2006 #2#
Counsel for the petitioner argues that petitioner No.3 Harsaran Kaur did not file revision petition.
Still I do not find any good ground to interfere. This petition is dismissed with an observation that let trial Court sympathetically consider the prayer of petitioner No.3 for exemption from personal appearance since she is stated to be an old lady of 72 years, if an application is made in this regard and she is represented by counsel.
