JUDGMENT

M.M. KUMAR, J. (Oral)

The prayer made by the petitioner in this petition is for quashing order dated 21.11.2006 (P-8), which allegedly depute the petitioner for double duty. The matter has already been considered by this Court in the case of Sant Ram v. State of Haryana (C.W.P. No.

12756 of 2000, decided on 20.9.2000). In pursuance to the direction issued by this Court, the respondent Department has already issued orders dated 14.3.2001 (P-6) and, therefore, the relief claimed in this petition has already been granted to the similarly situated persons.

C.W.P. No. 19505 of 2006

Without going into the merit of the petition and expressing any opinion thereon, we deem it just and appropriate to relegate the petitioner to the remedy of filing a detailed representation by making reference to the directions issued by this Court in C.W.P.

No. 12756 of 2000, decided on 20.9.2000 and the consequential order passed by the authorities on 14.3.2001 (P-6). If a detailed notice in the manner aforementioned is filed by the petitioner within two weeks from today under Registered A.D. cover then respondent No. 2 shall take cognisance of the same. The legal notice shall be decided by passing a speaking order within a period of two months from the date of its receipt.

The petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
