After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and taking into consideration the averments made in the present petition, we dispose of the present petition with a direction to the Deputy Commissioner, Kurukshetra, respondent No.3 to consider the request made by the petitioner for issuance of a death certificate with regard to the death of her son, Jagtar Singh, who is claimed to have died in Malta Boat tragedy. If the request letter made by the petitioner is not available on the record, the petitioner would be required to file fresh application and on filing of the fresh application, the requisite action shall be taken within a period of one month from the date of filing of the aforesaid application. While taking the necessary action, the directions issued by this court in Civil Writ Petition No.17739 of 2005 decided on May 1,2006 shall be kept in consideration.
A copy of the order be given dasti on usual charges.
