Learned counsel appearing for respondent Nos. 3 and 4 has pointed out that entire un-authorized construction has still not been removed, although some un-authorized construction has been removed by the petitioner.
Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case, we dispose of the present writ petition with a liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court yet again, after removing the entire un-authorized construction at the first instance.
Disposed of with liberty as aforesaid.
