The petitioner, in the instant petition, has made prayer for issuance of directions to the respondents to allow him to join his duties at P.H.C.
Nangal Chaudhary in pursuance of order dated 20.11.2006 (Annexure P15) passed by respondent No.3 vide which he has not only been relieved from P.H.C. Shima but also directed to join at P.H.C. Nangal Chaudhary by accepting his joining report dated 22.11.2006 (Annexure P16) with all consequential benefits. He further prayed to restrain the respondents from transferring him repeatedly on deputation in malafide and based manner.
For the relief claimed in the instant petition, the petitioner has already made representation dated 27.11.2006 (Annexure P18), to the respondent No.3.
Without going into the merits of the case, we deem it just and C.W.P.No.20000 of 2006 2
appropriate to direct the respondent No.3 to take cognizance of the representation dated 27.11.2006 (Annexure P18), sent by the petitioner and decide the same expeditiously preferably within a period of one month, from the date a certified copy of this order is presented to him. It shall be appreciated if a speaking order is passed.
Petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
