This revision petition has been filed against the order dated June 15, 1993, vide which the petitioner, was restrained from interfering in possession of the respondents in the properties of M/s Sanjeev Woollen Mills. He was further restrained from interfering in the business carried on by the respondents in the firm, referred to above. He was also prohibited from using name of the Firm till decision of the main application. When this matter came up before this Court on January 12, 1994, revision petition was admitted and operation of the impugned order dated June 15, 1993, was stayed. During this period of more than 13 years, no application has been moved for vacation of the stay order. Obviously, it means that the parties are satisfied with the arrangement, which is going on after passing of the order by this Court on January 12, 1994. In view of this, present revision petition is disposed of by issuing direction to the trial Court to dispose of the pending application under Section 8 of the Arbitration Act, 1940, expeditiously, preferably within six months. The stay order granted by this Court on January 12, 1994, shall continue till disposal of the application, by the trial Court.
