ORDER

Heard.

Offence alleged against the petitioner is under Section 20 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

Alleged recovery from the petitioner is 2 Kg. of Ganja.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that commercial quantity is 20 Kg. and the petitioner is already in custody for the last about five months and trial will take time.

Without expressing any opinion on merits, the petitioner is granted bail to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate/Duty Magistrate, Rewari.

Petition is disposed of.
