After arguing the case for some time, the learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with a liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal against the order passed by the Regional Passport Officer, whereby it has been decided not to issue a passport to the petitioner for a period of five years.
Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty, as aforesaid.
