This is a petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure filed by petitioner Wasim for issuing directions to respondents No.1 to 4 to register a case against respondents No.5 to 12.

After arguing for some time, counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to file fresh petition with better particulars.

Dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
