I have heard counsel for the parties and have gone through the contents of the FIR.
During the investigation, it has been found that the petitioner was having illicit relations with Surinder Kaur wife of deceased Dr.
Harbhajan Singh. Statement of Husan Lal has also been recorded, who had overheard the petitioner and co-accused Surjit Ram talking about their illegal relations with Surinder Kaur and Amandeep Kaur, wife and daughter of the deceased Doctor saying that the Doctor was an hindrance in their illegal relations, therefore, by hiring criminals, they got murdered the Doctor and his children. Statement of Gurbax Singh before whom the petitioner made extra judicial confession has also been recorded. Even challan against the petitioner has been filed.
Keeping in view the allegations and the material collected against the petitioner during investigation, I do not find any ground to grant regular bail to the petitioner, though vide separate order of even date passed in Crl.
