JUDGMENT (Oral) :
The present revision petition was admitted vide order dated August 21, 2003, by this Court. The operation of the order dated December 01, 1999 was stayed. It was further directed that the trial court would proceed to decide the suit expeditiously and conclude the same as far as possible within one year from the date of receipt of copy of the aforesaid order.
Now, a communication has been received from Civil Judge (Senior Division), Mansa, informing this Court that the civil suit filed by the plaintiffs was fixed for their entire evidence, for September 07, 2005.
In these circumstances, the present revision petition is disposed of with a direction that if the entire evidence of the plaintiffs has already not been concluded, then the same shall be concluded by them at their own responsibility and without the assistance of the court on the next date of hearing. In case, the plaintiffs do not conclude their entire evidence, then no further opportunity shall be granted to them by the trial court and the evidence shall be ordered to be closed by a court order.
The present revision petition stands disposed of, accordingly.
