In this case, sufficient efforts have been made to serve appellant-UT Administration. Notices had been issued but none has appeared to attend.

This is an appeal against judgment dated 13.3.1991 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Chandigarh whereby an appeal filed by the present respondent was accepted and he was acquitted of an offence under Section 16(1)(a) of the Prevention of Food Adulteration Act.

I have gone through the judgment and heard counsel for the CRL.A.No.114-DBA of 1992 #2#

respondent-accused.

I do not find any good ground to interfere.

Dismissed.
