At the outset, Mr. B.L. Gupta, learned counsel appearing for the respondent University states that a regular selection process has already been initiated by the respondents and it has also been decided by the University that the services of the petitioner shall not be dispensed with till the completion of the present academic session i.e. 2006-2007 or till the new selectees join, whichever is earlier. Mr. Gupta further states that the C.W.P. No. 12539 of 2005 
University has also decided that no fresh contract/ guest employee shall be taken in place of the present petitioner. The aforesaid statement made by the learned counsel for the respondents fully satisfies Mr.R.K. Malik, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
In view of the aforesaid fact, the writ petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
