CORAM:- HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE VINEY MITTAL
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE M.M.S.BEDI

PRESENT: Shri S.N.Yadav, Advocate for the petitioner.

Viney Mittal,J.(Oral).

The petitioner has challenged his transfer order Annexure P.2 dated October 11, 2006 whereby the petitioner has been transferred from District Police Kaithal to 2nd Indian Reserve

Battalion Bhondsi. It has been claimed by the petitioner that the aforesaid transferred post was outside the cadre of the petitioner and as such the petitioner could not have been transferred.

Shri S.N.Yadav, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner contends that for the redressal of his grievances, the petitioner has already filed a representation Annexure P.3 dated October 23, 2006 which remains unresponded so far. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the petitioner would be satisfied if directions be issued to the Director General of police, Haryana, respondent No.2 to take a final decision on the aforesaid representation.

Keeping in view the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, we dispose of the present petition with a request to the Director General of Police, Haryana, respondent No.2 to take a final decision on the aforesaid representation Annexure P.3 within a period of two months from the date a certified copy of this order is received, by passing a detailed and speaking order.

A copy of the order be given dasti on payment of usual charges.
