CORAM:- HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE VINEY MITTAL
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE H.S. BHALLA
PRESENT: Shri Bhag Singh, Advocate for the petitioners.
The petitioners are challenging the various orders, whereby their claim for the auction charges has been rejected by the official respondents. The petitioners have also prayed for issuance of directions to respondents No.5 to 10 to pay the auction charges, since the year 2000-01 onwards at the prescribed rate.
After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioners and taking into consideration the averments made in the present petition and also the observations made in the impugned orders, we are satisfied that the petitioners have raised such issues, which can only be adjudicated on production of evidence.
Consequently, we dispose of the present petition and relegate the petitioners to seek their remedies before the Civil Court, if so advised.
Disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
