PRESENT: Shri Rakesh Kumar, Advocate for the petitioner.
The petitioner claims that Rajinder Pal, her husband had died while in custody on account of not providing the proper medical aid. On the aforesaid allegation, the petitioner has approached this Court for issuance of directions to the respondents to grant Rs.5 lacs as compensation to her.
After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and taking into consideration the averments made in the present petition, we find that the petitioner has raised such question, which can only be adjudicated on production of evidence.
Consequently, we dispose of the present petition and relegate the petitioner to seek her remedies before the Civil Court, if so advised.
A copy of the order be given dasti on payment of usual charges.
