Notice of motion to the respondents.

On the asking of Court, Shri Ashok Jindal, Additional Advocate General, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

Copies of the writ petition have been supplied to the learned counsel for the respondents.

The petitioner has approached this Court for issuance of directions to the respondents to give the possession of industrial plot bearing No.1467, Sector/Phase I, Industrial Estate, Bahadurgarh, District Jhajjar. It has been claimed by the petitioner that the total amount of consideration qua the aforesaid plot has already been paid by the petitioner but the possession of the plot has not since been given.

After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the averments made in the present petition, we find that a large number of representations have been filed by the petitioner and the last representation dated October 6, 2006 (Annexure P.22) also remains unresponded so far.

In this view of the matter, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, we dispose of the present petition with a direction to the Estate Officer, HUDA, Bahadurgarh, respondent No.3 to take a final decision on the aforesaid representation (Annexure P.22) within a period of four months from the date a certified copy of this order is received, by passing a detailed and speaking order and take such further appropriate action as may be required, in accordance with law.

A copy of the order be given dasti on payment of usual charges.
