The petitioner has already been granted the requisite relief by the District Education Officer, Hisar- respondent No.3 when directions annexure P-6 dated November 30, 2006, has been issued in favour of the petitioner. In these circumstances, the petitioner may approach the District Education Officer, Hisar- respondent No.3, if the aforesaid orders have not been implemented by the Principal, Govt. Senior Secondary School, Matlodha, Hisar- respondent No.4.
Petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
Copy of the order be given dasti on payment of usual charges.
