Petitioner Parminder Pal Kaur has filed this petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for quashing of FIR No. 174 dated 14.7.2005 registered at Police Station Sidhwan Bet, Police District Jagraon, under Sections 406, 498-A, 323, 34 IPC.
After arguing for some time, counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner confines her prayer to the extent that she may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to raise all the points raised in this petition at the appropriate stage of trial and personal appearance of the petitioner, who is un-married sister-in-law (Nanad) of the complainant, be exempted.
Dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. In case, the petitioner moves an application for exemption from personal appearance before the trial court, the same shall be allowed keeping in view her relation with the complainant, on the terms and conditions to be fixed by the court.
