At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner says that the petitioner gives up all the prayers made in the present petition except the prayer for release of electricity connection.

Notice of motion to the respondent.

At the asking of the Court, Mr. Ashok Jindal, learned Additional Advocate General, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

Copies of the writ petition have been supplied to the learned counsel for the respondents.

After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner and taking into consideration the averments made in the present petition, we find that for redressal of his grievance, the petitioner has already issued a legal Notice, C.W.P NO.20038 OF 2006 2

dated October 26, 2006, Annexure P-3 which remains unresponded so far.

In this view of the matter, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, we dispose of the present petition with a direction to the respondent no.2 to take a final decision on the aforesaid legal notice Annexure P-3 within a period of 2 months from the date a certified copy of this order is received by passing a detailed and speaking order and take such further action as may be required in accordance with law.

Copy of the order be given dasti on payment of the usual charges.
