Gaurav v. State of Haryana - CRM-78367-M-2006  RD-P&H 12822 (18 December 2006)
Crl. Misc. No. 78367-M of 2006
DATE OF DECISION : 09.01.2007
State of Haryana
CORAM :- HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE SATISH KUMAR MITTAL
Present: Mr. Parminder Singh, Advocate,
for the petitioner.
* * *
Petitioner Gaurav has filed this petition under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for the grant of regular bail in case FIR No.
344 dated 23.6.2005 under Sections 148, 149, 323, 324, 285, 336, 427, 307 IPC, registered at Police Station City Karnal.
I have heard counsel for the petitioner and gone through the contents of the FIR as well as the order dated 4.12.2006, passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Karnal, whereby bail application of the petitioner has been dismissed.
The role attributed to the petitioner is similar to co-accused Sandip, whose bail application (Crl. Misc. No. 68998-M of 2006) has already been dismissed by this court. Thus, keeping in view the nature of allegations and the manner in which the injuries have been caused, I do not find any ground to grant the concession of regular bail to the petitioner.
