The petitioners have filed this petition under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for the grant of regular bail in case FIR No.

158 dated 12.3.2006 under Sections 398/401 IPC and 25/54/59 of the Arms Act, registered at Police Station City Ballabgarh, District Faridabad.

I have heard counsel for the petitioner and gone through the contents of the FIR as well as the order dated 16.11.2006, passed by Sessions Judge, Faridabad, whereby bail application of the petitioner has been dismissed.

Petitioner No.1 had earlier also filed regular bail application in this court, which was dismissed on August 10, 2006. Keeping in view the nature of allegations and the recovery effected from the petitioners, who were arrested on the spot, I am not inclined to grant regular bail to them.

Dismissed.

However, trial court is directed to expedite the trial.
