The petitioners have filed this petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for quashing of FIR No. 24 dated 16.2.2006 under Sections 148, 149, 341, 511, 420, 506 IPC and Section 25-27-54/59 of the Arms Act, registered at Police Station Kalka, District Panchkula with all consequential proceedings.

After arguing for some time, counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to raise all the points raised in this petition at the appropriate stage of trial, including the stage of framing of charge.

Dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
