Learned counsel for the parties are agreed that the instant writ petition should be disposed of with a direction to the Appellate Authority to take a final decision on the appeal preferred by the petitioner against the impugned order dated 24.4.2006.
In view of the above, the instant writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Appellate Authority to take a final decision on the appeal (Annexure P3) by passing a well reasoned speaking order within two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of the order.
Disposed of accordingly.
Copy of the order be given dasti on payment of usual charges.
