Notice of motion to the respondents.
On the asking of the Court, Sh. Sukhdip Singh Brar, Additional Advocate General, Punjab accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
Copies of the writ petition have been supplied to the learned counsel for the respondents.
The petitioner-firm has approached this Court for issuance of directions to consider its claim for the allotment of a site in the New Anaj Mandi, Mansa. It has been claimed by the petitioner-firm that it is fully eligible for the said allotment.
After hearing learned counsel for the parties and taking into C.W.P NO.18508 OF 2006 2
consideration all the averments made in the present petition, but without commenting upon the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, we dispose of the present petition with a liberty to the petitioner-firm to file a detailed and comprehensive representation before the Secretary, Punjab State Agricultural Marketing Board-respondent no.2 within a period of 4 weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is received by appending all the relevant documents. If any such representation is filed by the petitioner- firm, then the respondent no.2 shall take into consideration the same and take such appropriate action as may be required in accordance with law.
Copy of the order be given dasti on payment of the usual charges.
