On request made by counsel, the appeal is taken up on Board for hearing.
This appeal has been filed by the claimant for enhancement of compensation granted to her on account of death of Ramesh Kumar.
It is apparent from the records that the appellant- applicant has specifically stated in her statement that the deceased was earning about Rs.2,500/- to Rs.3,000/- per month. The said contention of her was accepted and the amount of compensation was calculated accordingly. Even no cut was imposed for personal spending by the deceased on himself.
This Court feels that the award is perfect and justified. No case is made out for interference.
