On behalf of the State, it is stated that the case is now fixed for defence evidence.

This is an application for regular bail in a case for the offence under Sections 148/302/307/323/506 IPC read with Section 149 IPC and 25 and 27 of the Arms Act.

There is no good ground to grant bail at this stage when the case is for defence evidence.

Dismissed.
