Admittedly, the appellants have been held to be in an unauthorised possession over the land of the panchayat, which is meant for common purposes. Not only that, it is also apparent from the impugned judgments and decrees passed by the Courts below that ejectment order of the appellants has already been passed by the revenue authority and the said order of the revenue authority appears to have attained finality.

In the facts and circumstances of this case and also after hearing the learned counsel for the appellants for some time, I am of the opinion that no substantial question of law arises for consideration in this appeal. Hence, this appeal is hereby dismissed in limine.
