IN THE HIGH COURT OF PUNJAB AND HARYANA AT CHANDIGARH

CR No.1379 of 2006

Date of decision 9.3.2006

Mehar Singh .. petitioner

Versus

Shahbaj Khan and another .. Respondents

CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE M.M. KUMAR
PRESENT: Mr. Saurabh Bajaj, Advocate for the petitioner M.M.Kumar, J.

The order dated 25.2.2006 has been made subject matter of challenge in this petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution on the ground that the petitioner has been asked to pay the Court fee on the whole of the land which was subject matter of the suit. After perusal of the order dated 25.2.2006 I find that the learned Addl. District Judge, Karnal has directed the appellant to pay the Court fee on or before 16.3.2006.

Therefore there is no direction issued by the learned Additional District Judge of the nature sought to be projected and made basis of attack in the instant petition. There is no merit in the petition. Dismissed.
