JUDGMENT

On 25.5.2004, this Court while disposing of Criminal Misc. No. 51817-M of 2003, has issued directions to the respondent to look into the matter and take appropriate action in accordance with law. The respondent in obedience to the orders passed by this court has conducted an inquiry (R-2). Accordingly, the direction issued by this Court stands complied with.

Rule is discharged.

However, the petitioner shall be at liberty to challenge the inquiry report dated 27.7.2004 (R-2) at an appropriate forum.
