JUDGMENT

Learned counsel for the respondent states that according to the direction issued by this Court on 22.8.2005 in C.W.P. No.

12863 of 2005, the petitioner was required to file a representation and that she has not filed any representation. Therefore, no case for contempt is made out. An affidavit of the respondent in that regard has been placed on record.

Accordingly, this contempt petition fails and the same is dismissed.

Rule discharged.
