JUDGMENT
Learned State counsel has placed on record a copy of the order dated 12.9.2005, passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court, which shows that the directions issued by this Court in C.W.P. No. 15823 of 2004, which is the basis of the instant contempt petition, have been subject matter of challenge before the Hon'ble Supreme Court and ad interim stay has been issued by the Hon'ble Supreme Court.
Accordingly, no adjudication in these proceedings could take place and the rule is discharged.
However, the petitioners may file fresh contempt petition if such a necessity arises.
