JUDGMENT:

Learned State counsel has pointed out that in reply to CM No.15729 of 1998, it was pointed out that services of the petitioner had been regularised vide office order dated 27.1.1999 and the directions issued by the Division Bench of this Court on 6.2.1997 in CWP No.18158 of 1996 have been complied with, which required the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for regularisation in accordance with law.

In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in these proceedings. Rule is discharged.
