Vide order under challenge, application of the respondents No.1 to 8, to implead them as defendants, in the pending suit was allowed.
Court below has found it as a matter of fact that they are co-sharers in the property in dispute. This fact has not even been controverted by counsel for the petitioner at the time of arguments before this Court. It has further been held by the Court below that presence of added respondents is necessary for proper adjudication of the lis between the parties. No case is made out for interference.
