...Respondents

CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE M.M. KUMAR
PRESENT: None for the appellants.

JUDGMENT

This is defendants' appeal filed under Section 100 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (for brevity, `the Code') challenging concurrent findings of fact recorded by both the Courts below holding that the plaintiff-respondents are entitled to possession of part of suit property denoted by Khasra No. 246/1/1. The claim of the plaintiff- respondents with regard to other khasra number has been rejected.

The aforementioned findings are based on documentary evidence, which has been placed on record and is comprised of revenue record.

There is no room to interfere in the findings recorded by both the Courts below. No question of law warranting admission of the appeal would arise. Therefore, the appeal fails and the same is dismissed.
