CORAM:- HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE JASBIR SINGH
Present: Shri Hari Pal Verma, Advocate for the appellant JUDGMENT
Vide order, under challenge, objection application moved by the appellant under Section 34 of the Arbitration Act, 1940, was dismissed.
The court below has found it as a matter of fact that the appellant was guilty of breach of contract. It has also come on record that the Arbitrator, by taking note of the agreement between the parties noticed that only part of paddy was supplied by the appellant to the respondents and then came to a conclusion that the appellant was at fault. In view of findings given by the Court below in para nos.14 to 16, this Court feels that no case is made out for interference in pure findings of facts. No substantial question of law has been raised.
