JUDGMENT (Oral) :

From the record of the case, it appears that the present revision petition has been filed by the petitioner, challenging the order dated August 21, 1998, whereby the application filed by the plaintiff, for appointment of Local Commissioner, was dismissed.

It appears that the main case itself, may have been disposed of, by now. Therefore, the present revision petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
