No one appears for the petitioner. Same was the position on the last date of hearing.
In the written statement filed on behalf of respondents No.3 to 6, it is stated that process for laying the sewerage branch line in Guru Ram Dass Nagar, Moga has already been initiated and the budget has also been sanctioned. Learned Counsel for the said respondents submits that in fact the said work has also started on February 22, 2006.
In view of the above, no further orders are called for in this petition. The same stands disposed of.
