CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE M.M. KUMAR
Present: Mr. Vivek Goel, Advocate,
for the petitioners.
After hearing the learned counsel and perusing the order dated 14.12.2005, I am of the considered view that one more opportunity may be granted to the plaintiff-petitioners for concluding their entire evidence.
Accordingly, the impugned order dated 14.12.2005, is modified and direction is issued to the trial Court to grant one opportunity to the plaintiff-petitioners to adduce evidence at their risk and responsibility. The additional opportunity flowing from this order shall be subject to payment of Rs. 2,500/- as costs, which shall be payable to the defendant-respondents before adducing evidence.
The revision petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
