The plaintiff- preemptors are in appeal. They have lost before the two Courts below.
A sale deed dated February 20, 1992 was sought to be preempted by the plaintiffs on the ground of they being the tenants of the suit land.
Both the Courts below have found it as a fact that the plaintiffs had been dispossessed from the suit land much prior to the institution of the suit.
Consequently, it has been held that they had no subsisting right to claim preemption on the date of the filing of the suit. The suit filed by the plaintiffs was R.S.A. No. 2635 of 2005 
dismissed and appeal filed by them also failed before the learned first Appellate Court.
Nothing has been shown that the findings recorded by both the Courts below suffer from any infirmity or are contrary to record.
No question of law, much less any substantial question of law, arises in the present appeal.
