CORAM: HON'BLE MR JUSTICE M.M.KUMAR
HON'BLE MR JUSTICE T.P.S.MANN
PRESENT: Mr A.K.Chopra, Sr Advocate with Mr Aashish Chopra, Advocate
for the petitioner.
Mr B.S.Rana , Sr DAG Haryana
for respondent Nos. 1 to 4.
Mr Shailender Jain, Advocate
for caveator-respondent No.5.
Notice of motion.
Mr B.S.Rana, learned Sr. DAG Haryana accepts notice on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 to 4, on our asking.
Notice has also been accepted by Mr Shailender Jain, appearing for caveator-respondent No.5
Learned counsel for the petitioner has confined his prayer to the expeditious disposal of the notice dated 02.03.2006 (Annexure P-18), which has been issued by respondent No.2 to the petitioner. The prayer made by the learned counsel has not been seriously opposed by the learned State counsel.
In view of the above, we are of the view that it would be just and appropriate to direct respondent No.2 to take a decision on the notice dated 02.03.2006, expeditiously. Accordingly, respondent No.2 is directed to take a decision on the notice dated 02.03.2006 (Annexure P-18), expeditiously, preferably within a period of one month from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him. This order shall not be construed to mean any expression of opinion on merit of controversy in any manner.
The writ petition stands disposed off in the above terms.
A copy of this order be given dasti, on payment of usual charges.
